Eligibility Criteria
Citizenship:
Must be an Indian citizen as per the Constitution (Articles 5–8).
Residency:
Permanent residents of Assam. You must submit:
- PRC (Permanent Resident Certificate) for education/employment, or
- Assam Employment Exchange Registration Certificate
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025):
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 38 years
Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering with at least one of the following subjects:
Agriculture, Botany, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering (any stream), Environmental Science, Forestry, Geology, Horticulture, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Veterinary Science, Zoology.
