The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB), Division II recently announced the HS Final Exam Result 2025 on 30th April 2025. If you’re not satisfied with your marks, you now have the option to apply for rechecking of your answer scripts online.
The Punorikshan (Rechecking) process for the HS 12th Board 2025 started from 3rd May 2025, and the Rechecking Result has been officially declared on 11th June 2025.

What Does Rechecking Include?
Note: This is not a full re-evaluation of your answer scripts. The rechecking process includes:
- Re-totalling of marks
- Checking for any missed/unmarked answers
- Correction of any wrong entry of marks
Rechecking Result & Marksheet Instructions
- The rechecking result is published within 30 days of the last application date.
- You will get a scanned copy of your answer script via the email you provide during application.
- If your marks change, you can get a new marksheet/certificate by submitting your original one through your school.
- No marksheets will be sent directly to students or schools via courier or agency.

Follow the steps below to apply online through the ASSEB Punorikshan Portal:
- Scroll down to the Important Web Links section.
- Click on the HS Answer Script Rechecking link.
- Register using your Roll Number and Mobile Number.
- Login with the credentials received after registration.
- Fill in your personal details and subject details.
- Pay the application fee online.
- Submit the form and save a copy for future reference.
