1. Senior State Program Managqer (MGNREGA)
- Number of Posts: 1
- Qualification:
M.Tech or M.E in Computer Science/IT/Civil/Electronics & Communication, or MBA (HR/Finance) with strong computer skills. - Experience:
At least 10 years of experience in a managerial role in public or reputed private sector organizations. - Language Requirement: English, Hindi, and local language proficiency is mandatory.
- Salary: ₹75,000 – ₹82,500 per month + allowances
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as of 01/01/2025
2. State Program Executive (Finance, Accounts, and Procurement)
- Number of Posts: 1
- Qualification:
M.Com or MBA in Finance/Accounting with at least 60% marks - Experience:
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification work experience in industry/government/rural development sectors.
Must be familiar with software like Finacle, Fintech, and Sparsh. - Language Requirement: English, Hindi, and local language required.
- Salary: ₹55,000 per month + allowances
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as of 01/01/2025
3. Quality Control Officer
- Number of Posts: 1
- Qualification:
Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks - Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year in Rural Development projects. - Language Requirement: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language is essential.
- Salary: ₹40,000 per month + allowances
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as of 01/01/2025
