Eligibility Criteria for SSC Translator Posts
Age Limit:
- Sub-Inspector (Hindi Translator, CRPF): 18 to 30 years (born between 25-06-1995 and 26-06-2007)
- All Other Posts: 18 to 30 years (born between 02-08-1995 and 01-08-2007)

Educational Qualification

- Master’s degree in Hindi or English with the other language as a compulsory subject
OR - Master’s in any subject + Hindi/English as medium or compulsory subject at graduation level
AND - Diploma/Certificate in Translation (Hindi–English) or 2 years’ translation work experience in any Govt. Office or PSU
Post 4: (SHT/ST)
Same qualifications as above, but requires 3 years of translation experience
Post 5: (SI in CRPF)
Same qualifications as above + physical standards as per CRPF norms
