Age limit
- Maximum age: 30 years
- Upper age relaxation is available for SC / ST / OBC / Central Government employees / Ex-servicemen as per Central Government rules.
Educational qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology
OR - Master’s Degree in Science
The degree must be in one of the above-mentioned subjects and from a recognised university or institution.
GATE score
- Candidates must have a valid GATE score from GATE 2023, GATE 2024 or GATE 2025.
