CM’s Jibon Prerana Scheme 2025 – ₹2,500 Monthly Support for Assam Graduates

The Government of Assam has launched the Chief Minister’s Jibon Prerana Scheme on 3 November 2025.
The scheme is run by the Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship Department, Assam.

Objectives of CM Jibon Prerana Scheme

Eligibility Criteria – CM’s Jibon Prerana Scheme

2. Educational Qualification

  • Degree must be from a government or public institution (state or central) located in Assam
  • Not eligible: students from open universities or private institutions

4. Excluded Categories (Not Eligible)

The following are not eligible for CM Jibon Prerana Scheme:

  • Children of government employees
    • Exception: children of Class IV employees are eligible
  • Children of ministers and MLAs
  • Children of government-registered contractors
  • Children of parents with annual income above ₹10 lakh

How to Apply Online for Jibon Prerana Scheme

Applications are to be submitted through the Digital Infrastructure for DBT Scheme (DIDS) portal.

Follow these steps:

  1. Scroll down on the official page to the “Important Web Links” section.
  2. Click on the “One-Time Registration” link.
  3. A new page will open in the DIDS portal.
  4. Enter all required details and complete the registration.
  5. After registration, click on “Online Application Form” and log in.
  6. Fill in your information and upload the required documents.
  7. Click on “Submit” and take a printout of the submitted application form.
