Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has announced the schedule for the Grade IV OMR based screening test.
The exam will be held for 20 Grade IV posts under the establishment of APSC.
The commission will make the APSC Grade IV Admit Card 2025 available on its website from 23 December 2025.
Candidates who submitted their online application can download the call letter online and check their exam date, time and venue.

How to Download APSC Grade IV Admit Card 2025
Once APSC activates the link, you can download your Grade IV call letter by following these simple steps:
- Visit the APSC official website (apsc.nic.in).
- Scroll down to the section where important links or latest notifications are displayed.
- Click on the link labelled “Download Admit Card – Grade IV Screening Test”.
- On the login page, enter your Application ID or Roll Number and your Date of Birth exactly as used during registration.
- Click on “View E-Admission Certificate” or “Submit”.
- Your APSC Grade IV Admit Card will appear on the screen.
- Check all details like your name, exam centre, date and reporting time.
- Download the PDF and take a clear print-out on A4 size paper.
You must carry this printed admit card along with a valid photo ID proof (such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence etc.) to the exam centre. Without the admit card, entry will not be allowed.
APSC Grade IV OMR Screening Test – Instructions for Candidates
- Reach the exam centre well before the reporting time mentioned on the admit card.
- Carry blue or black ball-point pens for filling the OMR sheet.
- Do not carry calculators, smartwatches, mobile phones or any electronic gadgets inside the examination hall.
- Follow all instructions given by the invigilators and printed on the admit card.
