West Assam Milk Producers’ Cooperative Union Limited (WAMUL), popularly known as Purabi Dairy, has announced vacancies for Manager and Assistant level posts in its Human Resources, Technical and MIS divisions.
Interested and eligible candidates can apply through walk-in interview (for two posts) and online (for one post) as per the schedule given below.
1. Sr. Assistant (Human Resources)
Age limit
- Not above 30 years as on 1 January 2025
- Relaxation up to 3 years may be given to suitable candidates with strong work experience
Pay
- Approx. CTC ₹6.47 lakh per annum, including PF and other contributions
- Salary is negotiable and will match qualification and experience
Educational qualification
- Full-time MBA or PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute with 60% marks
- Certification in Labour Laws will be an added advantage
Experience
- Preferably 4 years of full-time work experience in HR Management in Dairy / FMCG / Service / Manufacturing sector
- Candidates with less than 3 years of relevant experience will not be considered
Skills
- Good computer skills, including MS Office, email and presentation software
- Fluency in Assamese, Hindi and English

2. Assistant-I (Technical – Information & Communications Technology)
Age limit
- Not above 30 years as on 1 January 2025
- Relaxation in age up to 2 years may be given to candidates with strong relevant experience
Pay
- Approx. CTC ₹3.88 lakh per annum, including PF and other contributions
- Salary is negotiable depending on qualification and experience
Educational qualification
- ITI in a relevant trade from an NCVT / SCVT approved institute
Experience
- Preferably 2+ years full-time experience in:
- IT repair and maintenance
- Electronic repairing division / electronic field support
- IT / electronics / electrical development sector
- Experience in service delivery in rural areas/villages will be an added advantage
- Candidates with less than 1 year of experience will not be considered
Selection schedule

3. Deputy Manager – Management Information System (MIS) & Planning
Age limit
- Not above 35 years as on 1 January 2025
- Age relaxation up to 3 years may be allowed for deserving candidates with outstanding experience
Pay
- Approx. CTC ₹11.23 lakh per annum, including PF and other contributions
- Salary is negotiable and linked to profile and experience
Educational qualification
- Full-time B.Tech / BE in Computer Science / Information Technology / Master of Computer Applications, and
- Master’s degree or certifications in Data Analytics, MIS or Statistical Analysis will be an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, MIS or a similar role
Technical skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- Advanced Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP etc.)
- SQL
- Data-visualisation tools such as Tableau / Power BI
- Database management systems
- Programming languages like Python (preferably with libraries like Pandas or Scikit-learn)
- ERP and CRM systems is desirable
Language
- Fluency in Assamese, Hindi and English
