Educational Qualification & Experience
Essential qualification
- Degree in Law from a recognized university.
Essential experience
At least 2 years of experience in any of the following:
- Handling court cases or other legal matters, OR
- Working on Trade Marks and Geographical Indications related matters.
Desirable qualification
- Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property from a recognized university will be an added advantage and may be preferred at the time of selection.
