BSNL Senior Executive Trainee Vacancy 2026 – Details
BSNL will recruit 120 candidates through this notification.
Stream-wise vacancy
- Telecom stream: 95 posts
- Finance stream: 25 posts

Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be placed in the pre-revised pay scale of Rs. 24,900 – Rs. 50,500/- (IDA pattern) with other benefits as per BSNL rules.
After successful training and probation, they will be absorbed in the regular executive cadre.
Eligibility Criteria for BSNL Senior Executive Trainee Recruitment

Nationality

Age relaxation

Educational Qualification
1. Telecom Stream
- Degree required:
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent full-time engineering degree
- Minimum marks: 60% in aggregate on regular full-time basis
- Allowed disciplines:
- Electronics & Telecommunications
- Electronics
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Electrical
- Instrumentation
A combination of the above disciplines as core branch along with associated emerging branches is also acceptable, as clearly mentioned in the notification.
2. Finance Stream
For Finance posts, applicants must possess professional qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
OR - Cost & Management Accountant (CMA)
Candidates in the final stages of CA / CMA should check the advertisement to see whether “appearing” candidates are allowed or not.
BSNL SET Application Fee
The application fee has to be paid online only, using the payment gateway provided in the application portal.

Selection Process
The selection process for BSNL Senior Executive Trainee usually includes:
