Bodoland University, Kokrajhar has invited applications for 13 research-based posts under health research projects in Udalguri and Udalguri–Udalaguri district.
The vacancies are for Consultant, Project Research Scientist, Project Technical Support III (IT/Research) and Project Technical Support / MTS.

Bodoland University Recruitment 2025 – Post-wise Details

1. Consultant (Scientific / Technical)

  • Number of posts: 1

Essential qualification

  • PhD in Anthropology / Social Work / Clinical Psychology / Sociology / Public Health / other Social Sciences with
    • at least 10 years of research experience in community-based health implementation, and
    • minimum 10 research publications,
      OR
  • Clinician with MBBS / MD and 10 years of clinical practice.

Remuneration

  • ₹1,00,000 per month
  • For retired Government personnel, pay will follow Ministry of Finance guidelines.

Upper age limit

  • 65 years

2. Project Research Scientist-III (Medical)

  • Number of posts: 1

Essential qualification

  • MBBS / BDS / BAMS with 3 years of experience in community-based health implementation research.

Remuneration

  • ₹93,000 per month + HRA as admissible.

Upper age limit

  • 40 years

3. Project Technical Support-III / IT Support

  • Number of posts: 9

Essential qualification
Any one of the following with First Class marks:

  1. MA / M.Sc. in Social Sciences / Life Sciences / Public Health / Psychology
    • with documented field or lab work during dissertation,
      OR
  2. M.Sc. in Computer Science
    • experience in handling computer hardware and software,
    • familiarity with Linux / Windows operating systems during dissertation,
      OR
  3. M.Com
    • experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting using MS Office.

Remuneration

  • ₹28,000 per month + HRA as admissible.

Upper age limit

  • 35 years
  • Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC candidates.

4. Project Technical Support / Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

  • Number of posts: 2

Essential qualification

  • Diploma in Laboratory Technology (DMLT) with 2 years of experience,
    OR
  • ANM with 2 years of experience in community-based or lab-based research work.

Remuneration

  • ₹18,000 per month + HRA as admissible.

Upper age limit

  • 30 years
  • Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC candidates.
