NCXHost is hiring a Data Center Operations Assistant for its facility in North Guwahati, Assam.
The role is suitable for freshers with basic computer knowledge who are interested in working with servers, hardware and data center infrastructure. Previous experience as a system administrator or engineer is not required.

Position: Data Center Operations Assistant
Location: North Guwahati, Assam

The selected person will mainly assist with basic onsite server operations and coordinate with the technical team when required.
Main Responsibilities
- Check whether servers are powered on and operating normally
- Turn servers on, off or reboot them when instructed
- Monitor basic server alerts
- Check cables, indicator lights and physical server status
- Identify the correct server or rack
- Inform the technical team if any server or device appears to be down
- Maintain basic records of onsite activities
- Assist with routine data center work
This is not an advanced engineering position. More complex server, networking and infrastructure issues will be handled by the technical team.
Who Can Apply?

Basic familiarity with areas such as computer hardware, Windows, Linux, networking or servers will be useful, but advanced technical knowledge is not mandatory.
