Detailed Job Descriptions
Warehouse Assistant – Grocery & FMCG Division
- Receive and unload materials from suppliers or stores.
- Packing items in cartons and crates for the grocery/FMCG division.
- Prepare goods for dispatch to store.
- Assist in loading and dispatching via company vehicles.
Purchase & Inventory Executive
- Create and update GRNs and purchase entries accurately based on supplier invoices.
- Process purchase return entries, ensuring correct product details.
- Cross‑check purchase orders, invoices, GRNs and physical stock for discrepancies.
- Maintain timely entry of all purchase transactions in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse/CDC, Accounts and Store teams to resolve issues.
Pharmacy‑in‑charge
- Oversee day‑to‑day pharmacy operations ensuring smooth dispensing and billing.
- Supervise registered pharmacists and staff, monitor performance.
- Ensure proper prescription handling, record maintenance and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor medicine stock, expiry dates and replenishment needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with doctors/hospitals as required.
Sales Associate – Male
- Assist customers in purchasing groceries, FMCG, personal care items, gifts, plastic goods and stationery.
- Maintain neat product display on shelves.
- Keep the store clean and tidy for a pleasant shopping experience.
- Handle billing and transactions using the store’s software.
- Help in loading/unloading materials from suppliers or distribution centers.
