The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Assam has officially released the notification for Assam Polytechnic Admission 2025. Eligible students can now apply online for admission into 3-Year Diploma in Engineering and Technology Courses offered by 26 State Government Polytechnics across Assam for the 2025–2026 academic session.

Eligibility Criteria
Resident-ship:
- Must be an Indian Citizen and a Permanent Resident of Assam.
- PRC is mandatory during counseling. Candidates may provisionally apply with a PRC application receipt and must submit final PRC within 60 days.
Educational Qualification:
- Must have passed HSLC or equivalent in a single sitting.
- Mathematics and Science must be compulsory subjects.
- Candidates must pass both theory and practical exams in these subjects.
