1. Junior Executive (Engineering)
- Age Limit: Up to 32 years (as on 01.05.2025)
- Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (Approx. ₹11.86 LPA)
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil, or Chemical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
2. Associate Executive (Engineering)
- Age Limit: Up to 32 years
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (Approx. ₹16.64 LPA)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil, or Chemical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
3. Junior Executive (Accounts)
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (Approx. ₹11.86 LPA)
- Qualification: Inter CA or Inter CMA + Graduation
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
4. Associate Executive (Quality Assurance)
- Age Limit: Up to 32 years
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (Approx. ₹16.64 LPA)
- Qualification: M.Sc in Chemistry with specialization in Organic/Physical/Inorganic/Analytical Chemistry
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
5. Secretary, BPCL
- Age Limit: Up to 32 years
- Qualification: Class X, XII, and a 3-year Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in relevant secretarial roles
