The Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE), Guwahati, has announced a recruitment drive for 2 Manager – Project Posts under the Startup Village Entrepreneurship Program Project on a purely honorarium basis. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the positions.

Post Details

• Name of Post: Manager – Project
• Number of Posts: 02 posts
• Pay: Rs. 46,000/- to Rs. 49,000/-

Educational Qualification

• Master’s Degree in Science/ Social Science/Humanities/Commerce or MSW/ MBA

Other Eligibility Criteria

• Work Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven track record of working with Social /Community development/ Work experience related to implementation of SVEP projects or Entrepreneurship Development and other development projects.
• Desirable Experience: Experience in DPR Preparation, Training, Mentoring, Liasoning and Coordinating with the team and stakeholders.
• Key Skills:
  • Strong Strategic Planning for project scaling and Decision-Making capability.
  • Knowledge of Rural Entrepreneurship, Cluster Promotion, and guiding bankable DPRs.
  • Expertise in Budget Management, generating MPR/QPRs and compelling PPTs, and maintaining MIS Data Integrity.
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills; Collaborative working style with the ability to lead teams and proactively solve problems.
  • Excellent Computer Skills, ability to work independently, and readiness for continuous travel.

Age Limit

• Upper age limit 50 years
